Terms & Conditions regarding transactions on website:

• 1. The final decision lies in the hands of the admin.
• 2. Once a diamond is requested for confirmation by the user, he is allowed to withdraw his request until not approved by the admin. Once approved, the user is liable to purchase the stone.
• 3. Appointment date and time requested by the user can be rescheduled by the admin if there is a need to do so.
• 4. Once an offer is placed by the user, if the admin confirms the stone in their offer price, the user is bound to purchase it.
• 5. Brokers, if any, will be fixed in every sale transaction from the website for the first five sales, after that brokerage will be paid only if broker is involved in the business transaction.
• 6. The final decision of choosing the broker will be taken by the customer.
